We work with different materials in thicknesses ranging from .004” to 2.0”, and our dicing processes produce sizes as small as 0.01” square. With 3D CNC capabilities and diamond tooling, we can create bevel cuts, grooves, and slots down to .004” with tolerances to ±.0005”. A high level of automation, a variety of different blades, and advanced process control tools enable us to maintain accurate and repeatable cut quality. Step grinding allows us to remove any flaws or surface imperfections.
Along with high-performance borosilicate glass materials from the industry’s finest manufacturers, like Corning® and SCHOTT, we process soda-lime glass in a variety of premium grades. We also dice and grind semiconductor grades of fused quartz and fused silica as well as an extensive selection of optical glass-ceramics.
